With a background in marketing, HR, and community building, I am curious how we bring our humanity to work; what motivates people, creates effective teams, and how the role of community participation impacts people. After a major burnout in 2019, I began advocating for mental health awareness and systemic changes in the workplace. In my past life in the cloudverse, I was the co-founder of the Eastern Canadian CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) meetups, as well as a former long-time organizer of DevOps Montreal and DevOpsDays Montreal.
